The BC Strength Thruster Lite is the easiest way to perform banded hip thrusts at home. Each BC Strength Thruster Lite comes with 2 x Regular Thruster Bands to add resistance to your hip thrusts. The Regular Thruster Band provides approximately 34 - 45kg of resistance. Your Thruster Bands can also be combined to provide multiple levels of resistance.

The back pad is removable to provide easy storage.

Please note that we have updated and improved the BC Strength Thruster Lite design so that no assembly is required. Just plug in the back pad and it's ready to use.

I love the HTL. I've been doing the Booty By Bret program and had been using a barbell with a normal bench, and it got too tedious to setup and as I increased weights my bench hurt my back. I got the HTL and it makes my gym life SOOOO much easier! I bought with intentions to just use my barbell and not the resistance bands, but I tried the bands and they really give me a great burn and have actually helped me increase my barbell weight. I use the bands about 70% of the time now. So far I've done 305lbs with weights and the HTL holds me well. It's super light and easy to set up and lean against a wall once I'm done.

A fab piece of equipment

I have issues with my left knee, patella tendon and hip thrust was always my favourite exercise but struggled and could never fully activate glutes correctly anymore since it got chronic. Now with the Thruster Lite it enables me to perfect technique with correct height and comfort and the burn in my glutes is amazing!

Best Piece of Equipment

I have this, a glute band and a few small dumbbells. I get am amazing full body workout with HTL. My heart rate goes up substantially after doing about ten slow hip thrusts (with a regular band). I have seen a dramatic improvement in my post-pregnancy weak pelvic floor, and definitely a perkier bum after just a few weeks of regular workout sessions. I do lower weight and higher frequency (4-5 times a week), as I don't have the space to lift heavy. If you are had a baby and are concerned with your pelvic floor weakness, hip thrusts are truly amazing. I bought this on a whim and I am so happy I did. Thank you!!!
