BC Strength Thruster Bands are designed to be used with the Thruster Lite product. The Regular Thruster Band provides approximately 34 - 45kgs of resistance, and the Strong Thruster Band provides approximately 57 - 68kgs of resistance.

Your Thruster Bands can also be combined to provide multiple levels of resistance.
