Attach one J shaped side piece to the centre bracket.
With the long side of the J on the outside of the base unit, insert two M16 bolts from the outside. Add the washers to the inside of the base unit and screw nylon locking nuts loosely, by hand.
Attach second J shaped side piece to the other side of the centre bracket. (See step 1.)
Attach the seat pad to the other end of the two side pieces with the bench plate holes positioned inside the ends of the side pieces.
Insert four M12 bolts from the outside. Add the washers to the inside of the seat pad and screw nylon locking nuts loosely by hand.
Position the wheels on the outside of the unit side pieces and insert M8 bolts from the outside. Add the washers and nuts to the inside.
Use spanners to tighten all the nylon locking nuts.
Push band pegs through the sides of the centre bracket, from the inside, so that they point out from the unit.
Slot the rubber mat (‘rubber flop’ on parts diagram) into the middle of the centre bracket, bending it slightly if necessary to get it into the unit. The mat will hold the band pegs in position.
Note: It is recommended to remove the rubber mat from the unit when it is stored in an upright position.
