After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us to confirm that we have received your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email from us with your shipment confirmation. If you have chosen and paid for a tracked shipping service then the tracking information will be included in the shipping email. This will allow you to track the shipping of your order.

We do require the correct shipping address to register at the time of ordering for our own insurance purposes. We are not able to amend this once the items have shipped, even if you log in and make changes to your delivery address. If you do use the wrong address please notify us right away. If the item hasn't yet shipped, we can cancel the order and refund you so that you can place a new order with us showing the correct shipping address.

1. If you, the customer, have not yet received the product and simply do not want the item, you will be refunded the original sales price. If you cancel the order too late for us to cancel shipment of the product then you will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs in both directions in order to receive a refund. Item(s) must arrive at the warehouse in good, saleable condition before the refund will be given.

2. If the product arrives in good shape, has no structural defect, and is a standard product (color, dimensions, options), and you, the customer simply do not want the item, you will be refunded the original sales price. You, the customer, will be responsible for packaging and shipping costs in both directions in order to receive a refund. Item(s) must arrive at the warehouse within 14 days in good, saleable condition before the refund will be given.

3. If we receive your product in any condition other than good and saleable, we reserve the right to refund you an amount less than your original purchase price.

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order or return a product.

If the product arrives damaged, we will of course provide you with a replacement for the damaged parts or arrange a replacement item. Please note that since the damage will likely have arisen during shipping, we need to provide our shipping company with evidence of the damage in a timely manner. Therefore, to receive a replacement free of charge, you must contact us to report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the product and you must include photos of the damage and outside packaging. Items arriving showing any damage to the outside packaging should be signed for as "damaged". If you report any damage to us after 7 days of receiving the product, or do not provide photos of the the damaged parts and packaging, we will need to charge you for the replacement parts and the associated shipping costs.

If the product arrives in good shape (no scratches, dents or defects), and later fails because of manufacturer's structural defect, contact our support team immediately, and we will repair or replace at our expense. Please also note our product warranties as below.

Warranty periods start from the date that goods are delivered.

All upholstery and soft goods have a 90 day warranty.

All resistance bands have a 1 year warranty against breaking or manufacturing defects.

Welded frames and structures have a 2 year warranty against breaking or manufacturing defects. Additionally, the welded frames and structures of the following products are covered for commercial use: Bar products (excluding the Thruster Bar Lite), weight plates, BC T-Bell and the Thruster 2.0.

Paint, plating and other cosmetic coatings are warranted to arrive in new condition. These are expected to wear over time and are not covered under any further warranty.

The platform for the back is non-adjusting. The final design contained no adjusting or moving parts so that it would be much more robust, increasing the longevity of the Hip Thruster.

The back height has been determined as ideal for the vast majority of individuals, although a few people with shorter torsos find they need to start from a raised position. This is most easily achieved by slightly raising the barbell height and/or by sliding up into a starting position and then not touching the floor in the bottom position between each repetition.

The angled foot pad is slightly better for hamstring activation, but it doesn't alter activation of the gluteus maximus muscle. The flat foot plate is more functional for barbell hip thrusting. It has also ensured that the unit is more cost-effective and replicates the thrusting position that most lifters already use.

The need for bar padding is very dependent on personal preference and the pelvic anatomy of each individual. We find that some people need substantial amounts of padding on the bar while others can hip thrust with nothing at all.

We recommend our BC Strength Sponge or Thruster Pad which have been designed specifically for Hip Thrust exercises.

Whether you need something under the barbell so that you can roll the barbell over your legs will depend on the height of the barbell off the floor and the height of your legs off the floor. It is worth noting that when sat within the unit you are sat on the floor. If you are currently able to roll the bar into position over your legs then it is likely that you could still do this when using the Thruster.

We recommend our Thruster Plates, which have been specifically designed so the bar can easily be rolled into position.

The Glute Loop is available in 2 sizes (S/M and L/XL) and 3 strengths (Regular, Strong and Extra Strong), allowing for a total of 6 options. If you're just looking to buy one single band, we recommend that the majority of users purchase the S/M Regular Glute Loop as a starting point. However, individuals with larger thighs may wish to purchase the L/XL Regular Glute Loop instead. Stronger and fitter users will want to opt for the S/M and L/XL Strong and Extra Strong Glute Loops.

However, instead of asking which band is right for you, consider buying all 6 loops. The reason why is that each band is useful for different exercises, variations, and rep ranges. For example, the L/XL Glute Loops are better suited for sumo squat and sumo band walks as they allow for larger excursions. And the Strong and Extra Strong Glute Loops are better suited for working lower rep ranges.

The BC T-Bell product is molded and, as such, when the product is removed from the mold these marks remain as a normal result of this process. They have no bearing on the structural integrity or strength of the parts. 

The BC T-Bell holds standard Olympic plates (inside diameter of 2"), these can be found in most commercial gym facilities.
